Hello,

We've responded to the email. Thanks for the patience. Generally we try to answer everything the same or second day, sometimes it takes 2-3 days depending on our availability.

There seems to have been some changes made to the average prices we fetch for cards from tcgplayer. We're working on addressing the issue during this month.

Yep, looks like the mime type is wrongly set on them. Should be fixed soon! Thanks for reporting.

Sorry, I misread your post regarding the images. smile

The only thing you can easily fetch right now is a card's image, by using a url like this:

   http://deckbox.org/mtg/Ponder/tooltip

(Where you replace Ponder by any mtg card name).

Hey guys.

Warnings on user profiles (like this one: http://deckbox.org/users/GreyCr0ss) are indeed manually set by us.

I've also responded to the other thread, but I'll post here as well: send us an email at support@deckbox.org. If from your description it is obvious that your trade partner is scamming you, we will send him an email asking for an explanation. If he does not respond, we will mark his profile.

We do not over analyze situations, normal trade problems should be solved with a negative rating. Only in obvious cases we will mark a users' profile.

The next release we will add a "Report User" button to facilitate this kind of feedback, but we still do not plan to do detailed trade mediation, we hope the feedback system would take care of it. We also will put more details and information in the trade guidelines page.

As far as I knew, I thought Deckbox pulled cards from Gatherer (at least, for now -- some mention of pulling from magiccards.info in the future, I believe), and only pulled pricing from TCGPlayer.

Correct. It's been delayed, but we still want to pull those cards from magiccards.info in the near future.

Hi Pablo,

We don't have an API yet but we'd like to make one in the future.

As for card images, you can already get them: http://deckbox.org/help/tooltips

First thing, since this is my first post on here, I want to say that this is an amazing tool and you have done an excellent job putting it together.

Feature suggestion:
When I (as well as some of my friends) buy a prebuilt deck we copy and paste the card list from the MTG site into the bulk uploader. The hurdle that we face with this is that it's difficult to enter the edition and other information for these cards because we then need to go find all the cards and modify them one-by-one (this is especially painful when we have duplicates that we have already done this for). What we would like to see is an option in the bulk uploader to set all of the cards to a specific edition, condition, etc.

It's coming. This september on a website near you. smile

(I thought that would sound better than it actually does big_smile)

Hello,

tcgplayer are saying that they have not changed anything with the average price calculation in the last month, so no solution yet.

I think this will only be solved when we deploy the next site version (right now targeted for middle of september).

Hello,

This is not possible right now. It makes sense though, we'll add it to the todo list.

You should be receiving emails whenever a trade changes status. If you don't please check you spam folder.

You do not receive emails when a comment is made. But we know it is something that needs to be added fast, so we're including it in the next release.

Also, looking forward to the next release with lots of great new features.  And sebi, my offer still stands to lend a hand if you ever need it wink

We do have some moderators. Laura's title though was wrong, now it's fixed.

Although come to think of it, it should say "The Boss" actually wink

I see your point. In my view it boils down to 2 things:
  - a button that would 'unapply' the changes to your sets
  - marking the trade as canceled - which has no functional effect other than that the trade will have a different 'tag' in the listing

The fist of them we can do pretty easily, with no change to trade 'states' in general. The second one I'm not yet too sure about.

Thanks for the detailed situation / use case description. We agree with your solution, and added it to the todo list. Local trades will have feedback, but scoring will not count for total user score.

Hello. We've replied by email, your issue should be fixed now. Thanks for reporting.

You're right, it's a bit misleading. Our forum system does not have an option for that sadly, it just counts everything smile
