I second that request. I just had to go through and mark all my newly added cards as Dark Ascension because I forgot to do it when I added them. What a pain!

Thanks. That gives me a general idea of what most people do. We've each bought one box of the 2012 core set and Innistrad so far, and it sounds like that is pretty normal. About 3/4 through the box I start thinking that I should just buy the cards I'm missing, even if that isn't as much fun.

My hubby and I have just started, and I was wondering how many booster packs in a block most of you buy before you just buy the singles you want. Where is the point of diminishing returns?
I played Yu Gi Oh with my son and his friends when he was 10 or so, and I just bought the cards I wanted. I knew I wouldn't play it long-term but I was surprised at how much fun it was. I'm approaching Magic as more of a long-term thing.
