Howdy. I received a card via trade from a user on this site that is supposed to be NM, but has a pretty noticeable shuffle crease. Based on Deckbox's condition guidelines, what would you grade this card as?

Proclamation of Rebirth seems solid in a deck with nearly twenty one-drops.
I would try Whitemane Lion or Kor Skyfisher. If you have nothing else to do, you can just bounce and recast either of those to rack up life.

Magistrate's Scepter and charge counter/proliferate shenanigans are BFFs. Also, as you have colored mana sources in the artifact lands, Etched Oracle seems pretty saucy.
Turning charge counters into Time Walks and Ancestral Recalls seems alright.

I recommend adding the fourth Shahrazad to your sideboard and running four copies of Burning Wish. This essentially gives you seven copies of Shahrazad in the main deck. Also, if you draw one during the subgame, you can use Burning Wish to pull the Shahrazad from the main game to the subgame, whereupon you can start a sub-subgame...

I have a Roon of the Hidden Realm commander deck that uses Managar of Corondor as removal. If you flicker Mangara while the ability is on the stack, you still get to exile the target but Mangara comes back. Momentary Blink and Cloudshift are probably the best Modern-legal cards that work with Isochron Scepter. If you decide to add the flicker-effects, Wall of Omens, Sea Gate Oracle, and Reflector Mage are good options as well.
Thousand-Year Elixir is also strong. It allows you to use Mangara's ability immediately and use it twice.
I am not a huge fan of Chronomatic Escape and Tidewater Minion. My opinion is that they are very slow and very low impact.

I've been trading on a few other sites and buying/selling on eBay for years. I am almost exclusively interested in Commander foils. As I am new around here, I am looking to keep my trades under $50.
