I messaged the Deckbox Team through a support case and got the following answer:
Q: "I have reported a wrong price for some FBB cards. It seems that all FBB cards have a much too low price. Maybe you could take a look at this."
A: "Yeah, this is an old problem and one I really have to address. I wrote this on the todo list, thanks for reporting."
There are set symbols missing for the fwb and fbb sets. Some have the old promo symbol, some have a broken image. Can this be fixed?

Also the prices for these sets seem off. I don't think a german black bordered fastbond is worth less than an english revised one.
The price for (german) renaissance sylvan library is missing
edit: so is the price for greed from renaissance

Now please add Renaissance, Rinascimento, Foreign Black Bordered (revised) and Fourth Edition: Black Bordered aswell

We're also long overdue to import some editions which were not listed on gatherer, and we will try to get them in for this release (like Renaissance, Anthologies and Deckmaster).
Is this still planned? it was said to be ready in february and still isn't here. I really want to put my cards in the right category as I have quite a few German BB limited cards.
any news when the next update will be released?

Can you add an option to pack all different versions of a card you have in one row again like it used to be?
Btw Korean language is missing. Also please bing back the column, that told you how many of a certain card were in use in your decks.
The little icon showing it is used in some decks shows almost never for me, although the cards are used in multiple decks.
There are still a few editions missing, e.g. Renaissance, Rinascimento and European Limited (Revised for German, Italian and French and 4th for Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese and Korean). There is a significant difference between prices between a German Limited and Unlimited Underground Sea.
These in the title mentioned editions are missing in the database, is it possible to add them?
And I noticed I can't select Korean language for my cards, furthermore there is no distinction between simplified and traditional Chinese.
