At least for me, as of this update all notes on users appear with
<p> </p> tags around them. Not a big deal, but a change and potential bug, so calling it out.

I had this exact same issue/question and did a search before making a new post. I was happy to see it already posted but dismayed to not see any replies. Feels like I'm missing something obvious.
In my case I'm seeing 130 Ancient Copper Dragons for trade, but when I open up the search tolerance as far as possible, I only see 7 hits. The only explanation I can imagine is that the "User Last Logged In" filter won't go longer than 3 months, so maybe the other 123 cases are people who haven't logged in during that time? I find that a little hard to believe though.
