The chief cards that I'm looking for are Pernicious Deed, Burning Wish and Karakas.
I have a decent variety available, including Arcbound Ravagers, Kiki-Jiki and Library of Alexandria (HP).

Thanks! Everything loads now.
That looks like it should play a lot better as two colors and with the lower casting cost creatures. I would bump the mana up to 22 (probably cutting a Crossway Vampire and Bloodline Keeper) so that you don't get stuck on 3 mana. 20 land is just too little unless 3 mana is the top end of your mana curve.
It seems like you have too much land without a way to spend the extra mana on late turns of a game. I'm also not entirely sold on the green aspect of the deck.
I would cut Slitterhead for three more Pulse Trackers and a Blood Seeker. Radha seems out of place, but I don't know exactly what to replace her with. I would cut Jarad's Orders for the two extra Grisly Salvage as the instant speed and lower mana cost should help you find your creatures that you're looking for. I would look for a couple more cheap vampires for the extra slots that are still open as your mana curve seems a bit lacking on the low end. It may be worth cutting a Mark of the Vampire or two as you probably don't need to cast more than one during a game.
Do you have any idea of the normal number of cards for a collection that is working properly?
For now I'll delete my collection and then just add back in cards that are in decks or in my trade binder.
Thanks for the update. I can enter my account and see that it exists, but I still only ever get my wishlist and trade list updated. I get a connection error after about a minute or two. Any idea why my inventory won't load?
Just to follow up, everything works properly now. I like the icon.
I'm running Firefox and when I try to load favicon.ico I get an error:
The image "http://deckbox.org/favicon.ico" cannot be displayed because it contains errors.
Hmmm..... It displays OK in Opera. I'll try restarting Firefox and see if that fixes it. It's probably just cached oddly.
Thanks for your quick response. I hate seeing empty boxes on my bookmarks bar.
Can you add a small icon as /favicon.ico on the web server so that bookmarks and tabs have an icon that users can associate with deckbox.org?
Assuming that you play either casual formats or Legacy, I would look at picking up any playables from the Scars of Mirrodin block that you're missing and that you like to play. This is probably the low point price-wise for cards like Green Sun's Zenith, Sword of Body and Mind, Surgical Extraction and others from this block (though maybe not yet for Sword of War and Peace).
I'm still having problems loading my inventory as well. I get my wishlist, but not my inventory.
I've been having problems downloading my inventory to the app. How do I tell if I'm running into the same server-side error as the people above?
There are some very fun ways to do two player drafting from a cube. I would not build a special, small cube for two player drafting, but just build a regular cube. If you end up drafting with two players most of the time, that's fine, but you have the option of more people playing.
Some of the ways that I've done two player drafting are:
1. Start with 10 packs of 15 cards, deal out three piles of five cards. Each player takes one pile and the last pile is flipped face up. Take turns swapping one card in your hand for one of the face up cards. Once both players pass, keep what you have in hand, remove the five face up cards and move on to the next pack. Alternate who gets to pick first.
2. Select 105 to 150 cards from the cube and put then in face down pile. Deal out three cards face down. The first player looks at the first card and may take that card. If he does then his turn is over and a new card is dealt out to replace the pile. If he doesn't take the first card then add a card face down to that pile and move on to the next pile. Again, the player may take that card or move on to the next pile. The same choice is offered for the last pile. If the last pile isn't taken, then take the top card of the large stack of cards. Each time the pile is replaced by a single face down card or a face down card is added to the untaken pile. Alternate turns and keep going until the original stack of cards in gone.
3. Start with 150 cards from the cube in a face down pile. Deal out a three by three grid of face up cards. The first player to choose may take all three cards in any given row or column. The second person may then take any remaining row or column. Set aside the remaining cards. Alternate who chooses first.
If you're interested in building a cube I would suggest checking out the Cube forum at mtgsalvation.com:

It is really valuable and a number of people that write cube articles for different MTG sites hang out there, along with a lot of other knowledgeable people.
Tember City isn't officially part of the Planechase release, it was only given out as a promo, and is therefore not listed by Wizards in Gatherer, which is why it also isn't listed here. There has been discussions of adding support for pulling data from other sources besides Gatherer, like magiccards.info, to handle a lot of these outlying cases, but I'm not sure of the progress on that front.
All of the other five promo planes are listed, so I guess I should contact WotC and see if I can get Tember City listed in Gatherer. Thanks for the explanation.
It looks like the plane of Tember City is missing, though all of the others are there. Could you add this last plane?
Thanks.
Could the Happy Holidays promo cards be added?
They are:
Fruitcake Elemental
Gifts Given
Season's Beatings
Evil Presents
Snow Mercy
Yule Ooze
Thanks.
