I recently bought some cards that were very tightly packed into toploaders.  One toploader had so much jammed into it that the sleeve ripped when trying to remove it, forcing me to cut the toploader open with a knife to extract the cards.  Ultimately, I left neutral feedback due to this issue and was hoping I could get some opinions on how others might rate such an incident.

Thanks for the reply.  I edited my name about nine hours ago and it's still showing my real name on the main deckbox site.

How can I hide my real name from my deckbox profile?  Also, is it possible to change my forum name to something other than a random string of numbers?  Thanks.

Here's the scenario:

1.  Creature 1 dies.  Mimic Vat triggers.
2.  Before the trigger resolves, Creature 2 dies, resulting in another trigger.  This trigger resolves and exiles Creature 2.
3.  Mimic Vat gets destroyed before resolving its first trigger.

Now, when the original trigger resolves and exiles Creature 1, does Creature 2 get returned to the graveyard even though Mimic Vat no longer exists?

If it makes you feel any better, this prerelease seems like it's going to be rather dull.  They're simply recycling the guild cards from Return to Ravnica and Gatecrash, so only 2/3 of the cards one uses will be new.  Still debating if I want to attend this weekend.

I'm about to finalize a $100 card trade with someone who has no references and is insisting that I send first (not that a simul-send would be any safer).  Are there prior steps I can take to ensure I get reimbursed if this ends up being a scam?  Thanks.

It appears to me that you couldn't even pick that mode on Primal Command because it is an illegal action at the time you were choosing modes and targets.

I see where you're coming from, but I would need further verification to accept this interpretation.

If I were to cast Primal Command and choose to put my opponent's Stranglehold on top of his library as my first choice and search my library for a creature as my second choice, would I be able to search?  Specific rules citing would be of great help.  Thanks.

Temporal Mastery can be less expensive to cast, but it can't be recurred, which is a huge downside.  Time Warp can give you infinite turns (or several turns in a row) purely through cards that you'd normally run in your deck anyway, like Eternal Witness and Regrowth.

Although, one major advantage Temporal Mastery has over its counterpart is that it doesn't target a player.

If I use Birthing Pod to sacrifice a Glen Elendra Archmage, does her Persist trigger bring her back before or after Birthing Pod's ability resolves?

I'm new to the site, so I figured I'd post my one and only EDH deck to see what people think.  I've been using it for the past couple of months with quite a bit of success.  The deck revolves around massive amounts of card synergy, explosions in board strength, and general resilience.  I've been tempted to try to fit Mirari's Wake into the deck, both to boost the Saprolings and help meet Ghave's insatiable mana needs, perhaps removing Angel of Serenity to fit it in (though there have been many occasions where I was relieved to see her/have access to her).  I also plan to cut a land for a Sol Ring shortly, and put in an Arid Mesa.  Feel free to leave feedback and/or advice!
