Hello! It would be a great feachure - if you could add cards by not only english name, but by title of another language too. Russian especially, as it is my mother language 
It is very frustrating to keep records of your russian cards - because you have to search it's english variant on gatherer page first, and only then add it to library. I don't know how are you getting hand on cards database, but i think that it is possible to find russian (or some another language) database too.
It would be great if language of the card been choosen automatically based on language used to enter it too.
UPD: sorry, i used search first but haven't find that it is already in list of requested features. ^^'' Delete this post I guess...
