Thanks for the feedback TyWoo and TRZ.

I like the looks of your deck TRZ.

I definitely have some things to think about when working on this deck.

I'm in the beginning stages of building a token generation deck (U/R) with a splash of white.  My main win con is to get a bunch of tokens out with Young Pyromancer and Akroan Crusader and Molten Birth, and then overload a Dragonshift to make all the tokens 4/4 flyers.  I put in wall of frost and dragon eggs as blockers and added a splash of white for populate and to pump my tokens with phantom general (in case I can't pull off the dragonshift).

I've also tried to put in several blue counter spells for protection.  I need to trim this deck down and not sure how it will play out.  This is early on, so if you see any glaring holes, please point them out.

Let me know what you think.  Thanks for any constructive input you can provide!

I liked your suggestions TyWooOneTime.  I have been transforming my black/white vampire deck into an extort/discard deck.  I'm concerned it's not balanced enough and that I don't have enough discard options early in the game to reduce my opponents options.  Any suggestions to make it better?

My sideboard isn't really complete.  I dumped a few things in there when weeding out things from the deck.  This deck is mainly for fun, but would also like it to be competetive at FNM.

taporsnap17 - check it out and see if anything in there might help your deck as well.

Hi all,

I'm a fairly new player looking to try out a few new decks.  I live in Herndon, VA but work in Chantilly.  Anyone in that area that would like to play either at lunch time or early evening on weekdays, please let me know!

Thanks.

Hello all,

I'm new to the forum as well as deck building.  I've just completed my first deck and wanted feedback on it.  It's black creature based with white for support/creature control.  All constructive feedback is welcomed.  I hope to keep my opponent busy with my small creatures until I can transform my Chosen of Markov and/or get enough mana out to cast the Sengir Vamp.  However, I'm concerned I'm too black heavy, and should trim some of the creatures (29 in the deck) as this deck has approximately 64 cards.

Thank you!
