I am a premium user who is extremely dissatisfied with the way your moderator has handled my report of another trader lying about the condition of his cards. Is there a way to escalate the ticket to have a senior moderator review it? Thank you.

You can't edit multiple cards after they have been added to your inventory. You can however, set the printing, condition, and language to a list of cards when mass adding cards to your inventory.

I'm trying to upload a CSV, but I keep getting this error:

I've uploaded a whole bunch of CSVs tonight without issue (I'm inputting a large collection piecemeal), but I just started getting this error. Can someone please post a fix, or check out my account and see what's wrong? Thank you!
Let's say I import 20 cards from 9th edition. I know I can organize by date added, but is there a way to mark them all as 9th edition without having to make it in a .csv separately and then import that? Thanks!

LOVE your work! Do you think you could give a rough tier-based price breakdown? Like:
w for borderless alteration
x for full art
y for custom image
z for some other kind of alteration that I'm not creative to think of

Thank you! I ask for $20-80, depending on the complexity of the work. Most borderless runs about $30-40. A simple extension (e.g. bringing an angel's wings over the border) would be more like $20, and original artwork is usually $60+. For trades, I ask for 25% more value than cash. I also ask for two weeks to turn around a painting, but most of the time it's much faster. In particular, I have the rare occasion of a lot of time off until Monday, so if you'd like to work something out, this weekend is the best time before the December holidays! No thanks, I don't like the idea of the "last trade" philosophy. It leaves to much risk of you not sending cards. Thanks for your time.

I import new batches of cards on a regular basis, and I'm trying to figure out how best to input new cards so that I don't have to keep importing inventory to tradelist and then having a tradelist that includes all the cards I want to keep. Should I clean up my tradelist, then start importing new cards to tradelist (so they auto-add to inventory), and then remove from the tradelist the ones I want to keep? Or what's the easiest way to do this? Thanks.

When you go to your inventory, up in the top right is a box that says 'Tools', and within that is a drop down menu that has an option for 'Mark all for trade'.
