I just noticed that a user who was previously suspended and has multiple accounts with bad trades linked to him created a new account.
What's the usual way to proceed from here? Who do I send the proof to?

Have: TL (although it's pretty bare ATM).

Edited: Monastery Mentor is gone.

Have: Monastery Mentor + TL (99% standard stuff)
Want: Wooded Foothills, Windswept Heath, Torrent Elementals.

The second link (USPS Postal Code) doesn't seem to work. I'm guessing it should be this: www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/part-I/chapter-63

Edit: they have been spoken for.
Edit: sorry, it's a Flooded strand, not a Windswept Heath. I'm an idiot.
W: Non-foil fetches, Courser, mana confluence, stuff from wishlist.

Thanks! I submitted an inquiry to USPS, hopefully they'll be able to give more info.
Another question: what is the most efficient way to get useful info from USPS? I just used their customer service pages on the website.

(Hope this is the right forum).
I have recently sent a trade with tracking (via paypal.com/shipping). Everything went fine until delivery when the tracking status changed to:
Your item was undeliverable as addressed at (time/date) in (location). It is being returned if appropriate information is available
This happened last Thursday. No updates since. From what I can tell, the delivery address was correct, as given by the trade partner).
From what I read online, this can either mean that the package will be returned, or it can mean that it ended up on the wrong delivery truck and will be redelivered.
Question 1 is: how do I find out more about what is going on with the package?
Question 2 is: what is the trade etiquette in this case? Cancel the trade (and then what happens if the package is delivered?) or wait until the package shows up at either of us?

Thanks for the responses in advance!
