I've added in 2 Prognostic Sphinx for 2 Cancel and broke the no-monsters rule. I've had great results with it after testing. Considering adding more creatures in.

Yes, I do use Chandra, Pyromaster as a primary finisher, but, according to personal expirience, if, they remove it, I still got enough burn to over run my opponent. Besides that, I don't like/have any Pearl Lake Ancient (Personal Preference), and another thing that makes harder to SB I'd the 0 creatures. I'be had some controll decks with blank hands due to that fact.

The new flying creature is something I am considering though.

The explanation for the Magma Spray is just I literally don't have any Wild Slash. When I get a playset I'l get ride of them. But the Magma Spray actually once saved me from a Phoenix big_smile

Thanks for the review and sorry for my bad English,

No Mindswpie??? Counter and burn all in a single card. It would fit perfectly I think.

It has 4 Mindswipe... What are you talking about...

Greetings. I made this deck because I love control and my brother used to use a lot of Counter-Burn back in the RTR days and wreck me, so I tried it and loved straight away. Tried to put one in Standard. Looking for some feedback

Deck: https://deckbox.org/sets/875156

The deck tries to slowly kill your opponent with some burn while anoying him with counters and massive card draw. The best way to get a Chandra, Pyromaster to 7 loyality and getting a Stoke the flames out of her ultimate for 12 damage. I'm looking for some feedback on it.

Results:
+2x 2-1 (WIN) vs Abnzan Midrange (Siege Rhino is easier to deal with after sideboard, getting the Disdainful Stroke)
+1x 1-2 (LOSS) Temur Combo
+1x 2-1 (WIN) Temur Monsters
+2x 2-0 (WIN) Boros Aggro (budget)
+1x 0-2 (LOSS) Jeskai Burn

I'm thinking of splashing white with Dragons of Tarkir to get in the new Narset instead of Master the way.

Thanks in advance and sorry for my bad english,

https://deckbox.org/sets/908384 can someone help me?

Ok yea seems preety solid right now. There's only one thing that bothers me, wich is the consistency of draws, but that is at everyones flavor. Have you tested it out?

My bad, thought Alesha only hitter creatures with CMC 2 or less and not power 2 or less. The changes seem better, but I'll make a full review tomorrow, as I don't have much time left today.

Yes maybe the Jeskai Barricade is the best option. You don't also have many creatures to take part in the Alesha, Who Smiles at Death ability, so she seems a bit clumsy. An option I also thought of (but its a bit off-budget) is adding some more Monastery Mentors, as they get you some tokens to work off with your noncreature spells and with the Jeskai Ascendancy.

My list would be:
Creatures - 14
Monastery Mentor x 4
Sage of the Inward Eye x 4
Seeker of the Way x 4
Shu Yun, the Silent Tempest x 2

Instants - 14
Gods Willing x 4
Jeskai Charm x 3
Valorous Stance x 3
Lightning Strike x 4 (2 mana proc prowess and can remove somethings)

Sorcery - 3
End Hostilities x 2
Treasure Cruise x 1

Enchantments - 5
Citadel Siege x 1
Jeskai Ascendancy x 3
Monastery Siege x 1

Land- 24
Island x 4
Mountain x 4
Mystic Monastery x 3
Plains x 4
Temple of Enlightenment x 3
Temple of Epiphany x 3
Temple of Triumph x 3

Explanation: Adds a bit more consistency and non-creature spells are more versetaile so that even if you have no creatures you can cast them and they will be usefull. It is a good idea for a deck, I might run it someday.

EDIT: I built it in my profile: https://deckbox.org/sets/900915

Greetings. The deck seems solid, but I don't see the point of the Soulfire Grand master. It is in this deck a basic 2 mana 2/2 Lifelink that can sometimes give your spell back. Though the concept of the deck is life gain, i think it is worthed to switch it out and add in a god's willing, for a complete playset of a card that can protect, scry and trigger prowess with 1 mana. The other thing is that it might have little creatures and too much buffing, as sometimes you can get stuck with a hand of combat tricks and no creatures in hand or board, with 13 creatures and 9/15 combat tricks.

You might consider Sunbond as it will allow more triggers for your lifegain than just Ajani's Pridemate.

I have considered it before, but i couldn't just make the cut. Although I see it's potential with Riot Control and Congregate, I can't find a space in to fit it.
And yes, this deck is slow, as it focuses the mid-late game, when you can, for example, create angels and buff them with Ajani Steadfast, or have some creatures out to pass unblocable with Brave the Elements and Mass Calcify. That's what I try to differenciate from Soul Sisters.

Thanks for the answer and sorry for my bad english,

Greetings, I made this deck to try a diffrent way of life gain. Instead of soulsister, who gains small amounts of life through the game, I added cards like Congregate, Elixir of Immortality and Riot Control to get tons of life in one swing. It's still based on Ajani's Pridemate, but instead of the "Soul Sisters", it uses Soulmender (Personal Preference) and Nyx-Fleece Ram. In the late game it has Baneslayer Angel as big creatures to slay your opponent.
Deck: http://deckbox.org/sets/869077
The main win conditions are:
+Having some Baneslayer Angel flying in.
+Getting Ajani's Pridemate big.
+Using Angelic accord to create Angels
+Play the long game with all your healings and use Mass Calcify to get rid of his defenses, so you can strike throug.
+Combo Ajani Steadfast with Angelic accord. Make an Angel, plus one Ajani onto the Angel, strike with it and Lifeling gets you another Angel.

Otherwise, as last resource, you can try to make your opponent run out of cards using your heals and Elixir of Immortality
I'm looking for opinions, as i don't actually own all the cards yet. I'm going to test it out with proxies and try to add results.

Results:
+None yet.

Thanks in advance and sorry for my bad english,
WarriorPP

I'm not realy familliar with this type of deck (tried it once, didn't go well), but one of the things I would do is sideboard the Deadly Recluse (against some Temur Monsters or Azorius Flyers) and replace them with Satyr Grovedancer, wich, besides adding +1/+1 counters, procs Heroic, and is another 2 drop.
Another thing to consider would be Incremental growth maybe.

Sorry for my bad english,
WarriorPP

Edit: My mistake, satyr grovedancer doesn't proc heroic, as it is a triggered ability and not a spell target.

This is my personal favorite deck. I'd appreciate some feedback and thougths if it can or can not be competitive.

Shouldn't the deck have 60 cards?
