Does anyone have any idea when the FNM promo of Frost Walker will be added?

I think you still have to pay retail prices if you use a label 400, but I'm not sure. Can anyone else clarify what happens when you put a label 400?

That doesn't answer the question (I've been doing all tracked shipments from the post office up to now). I was asking for a method for DISCOUNTED tracking without the need for a membership fee.

First of all, I'm not sure if this is the right area to be posting this type of question (I posted here because it involves sending MTG cards).

I am well aware that bubble mailers under 3oz can be shipped with delivery confirmation for $1.93 if you use Paypal's Ship Now feature or use Stamps.com. However, both options are really not viable for me at this time. I recently attempted to set up a Paypal account, but I encountered EXACTLY the hassles I was afraid of when Paypal limited my account just because I accidentally entered from the wrong field when I attempted to input my Tax ID number when I tried to add money to my Paypal balance. Because I am a graduate student with all of my photo IDs listing my old address while having my bank account at my current temporary address, I have no way to remove the restrictions of my account. Stamps.com is infamously hard when it comes to account cancellations, and I do NOT want to open an account in the first place due to the large monthly fees that are present.

So my question is this: Is there a way to electronically print first class labels *with* tracking at the above price (or a price similar or close to it) WITHOUT using a Paypal account *or* paying a monthly fee for some website? I am asking this question because I  ship bubble mailers on an infrequent basis (2-3x a month), and I would like to find a way to save some money when sending First class parcels with tracking and avoid the arguments and overcharges that comes with personal transactions with post office workers. Any help would be appreciated.

It still says $0.10 for the promo.

The Ojutai soul of winter promo should be around $5.00, as that is the approximate mid-tcgplayer price level and its value in PucaPoints. It is definitely worth more than the posted $.10.
