does enter play trigger when the card is played from hand as a development?

Can you give an example? I'm not sure I understand the question.
when i play a unit from hand for example that has an entering play effect ...
or forget it, it doesnt count as a unit anymore :|

Yeah, if you play a card as a development it no longer has any of the attributes of the reverse side of the card.
