Is there a price difference between foil and normal cards of the same card? if so where would i be able to find the price difference?

Prices on deckbox are fetched from tcgplayer.com. The displayed prices are by default average price for that card over all expansions and conditions. If you click on prices, the card page on tcgplayer.com will list various vendor that have that card, and you can see foil prices in that listing.

The foil cards (or premium cards as they're called nowadays) are always more expensive than a standard non-foil version of the same card, because there are less foily ones than normal ones. Simple as that. Just compare prices on resellers' websites.
