Looks like something is broken / stuck.
A few pages are tossing HTTP500 errors.
Can see people trying to sign up and failing but getting listed as new users.

Also saw it on a friend request.

I would guess it may have something to do with your mail-relay.

happening with the card entry as well. instead of displaying predictions of card names it displays the error.

This is also happening when I try to update the status of my trades.

Sorry for the issues, our VPS crashed for some reason and it rebooted uncleanly. These issues should not happen anymore. We'll discuss with our hosters, it seems to be some issue on their side.

I'm getting these errors trying to load only some of my decks. For instance: http://deckbox.org/sets/129567 and http://deckbox.org/sets/113115

(BTW, this is my first post in the forums, so I just want to say I love this site)

For me the sets load fine. Can you please try again, see if the error still happens.

Do you get a 500 error directly when clicking on the set link?

I can see this one fine when not logged in: http://deckbox.org/sets/129567, but the other is locked, so I can't view it. Both give the error when logged in. I've tried on both firefox and chrome and it happens whether I go to the link directly or click from my list of decks.

Now my inventory gives this error whenever I try to open it.

We're currently looking at these errors, I hope to fix them by tomorrow.

Inventory listing is really slow for very large inventories (like phillims'). Also very large decks, like Shenanigans that you linked before are pretty slow. We'll keep you posted on the progress of making these a bit faster.
