I pulled a Master of Waves recently. Yes, I know I missed the high-water mark on his price (pun intended), but it is what it is. :D

I've no intention to play mono-blue devotion, so I want to see if I can trade him for red/white and black/white cards I'm looking to pick up for Standard and EDH.
