Is the damage just on the edges? They don't look too bad, just a little beat up.

I usually go by this rating system...http://www.starcitygames.com/pages/cardconditions. So they'd be SP. Starcity takes of $2 for a card in the SP condition. So I'll follow suit. Though 1 top is just under the NM range.
