I cannot find a way to distinguish which version of the card(s) I have. For instance "Fallen Empires" "Basal Thrull" versions 2,3, and 4. I would like to add version 1 to my wishlist and the others to my inventory. I know you can distinguish which set they are, but not versions in the same set. Is there a way to do this?? Thanks!

I don't believe you can specify any deeper than the set.

Hello. Tawnos is right, currently there is no way to specify different printings within a set.

We don't have plans to add this in the very near future, but we are considering the ability to add comments on your cards, so that might be used for this in the meantime.
