There are two kinds of Chinese magic cards: simplified and traditional Chinese. Traditional Chinese mtg cards were available till the original Mirrodin, and it became available again starting from M11. Simplified Chinese cards started at around the same time as traditional Chinese, but as far as I know it was never discontinued.

Also, there should be another tag for altered magic cards (the preview can stay the same, just need an image tag like for foil cards).
