How will the cards printed in Duel Decks Anthology treated by Deckbox?

I'm asking, because altrough they have thier original expansion symbol, they have new frame (the M15 one), which makes them not-so-much the same printing.

Will Deckbox differentiate between original Duel Decks and Anthology?
