I need bulk rares for a cube and casual EDH. I believe the going rate is 10 cents a rare, correct? My stipulations are I need between $10 and $20 worth, I need low duplication (no more than two of a card), i have tons of stuff from M14/RTR and forward so I need them all to be prior to those sets, and finally...im not a stickler for card grading so both NM and LP cards are fine. However, if you want to send lots of LP cards please let me know beforehand so we can negotiate.
