Anybody know how or where to pre-order the FTV:Realms? Or am I too late?

You cannot preorder it from Wizards, SCG hasn't said anything about it yet, some online stores are offering pre-orders (google it) but they are a lot more then MSRP which makes sense. I would talk to your local store, they might do something with preordering but what mine said was that they don't actually specifiy how many they want but that Wizards just sends them a bunch.

I have already preordered 2 from my LGS for MSRP.

I owner of the game store i go talked about FTV, finding them at msrp should be nearly impossible because they are intended to be gift set to the game stores. Wizards sends them out as a "thank you now make 100 bucks" kinda thing. So go support your local game store they need it more than ever.

I ordered the last one of twenty my LGS is going to receive for $40 plus tax. I assume that is either MSRP or near MSRP.

We still only know six cards correct?

They said they actually had a hard time selling all twenty because people didn't want to guess on eleven cards. Took them two weeks to pre-sell their allotment.

$35 is MSRP but if you can get it for $40 your are making out like a bandit. People love lands.

Plus almost all of them double + in price. I sold a sealed FTV: Relics without the die for $100 dollars recently. If you sit on any of these, sealed, you can double your money pretty easily.

I am also pretty close to my LGS owner - He knew I wanted them so he put me down for 2. I do not know what he would sell it for to some dude off the street but I could not imagine it would be a lot more than that.
