I don't see anyway of doing it from the List of cards in a deck. But I would like to have a Drop Down on the name of the card so that I can add it to my Wishlist when looking at other people's decks.

The only way I see how to this is to actually go into the card database and do it from there. But, I think it would be quicker and easier to have some way to add it from the person's deck you are viewing instead of having to click on each card to do it.
