- fixed a bunch of pricing issues for etched foils in MH2 and other sets, and many rainbow foil cards in SLD

One thing (And I apologize, I can't find the thread where this would be reported)
The double-sided Scavenger regent is still showing as illegal in Commander format.
All other Tarkir spaces seem correct.
