- re-implemented a "merging" step for duplicated inventory entries: if one adds multiple identical rows, or multiple identical rows would result (from editing a printing, tagging or untagging), they are automatically merged into a single one
- added a Spoiler/Visual view to the printings listing
- fixed sorting of existing rows in the 'Add Cards' widget to be last-updated-up again
- imported Edge of Eternities prerelease promos and promo pack

To clarify, if existing multiple identical rows already exist (from before this update), are they now merged, or is there some action we need to take in order to facilitate the merge?

The pricing information also appears to be missing from all the EOE prerelease cards as well.
