Multiple sources sell a NM one for $20 so I'd start by taking 3-4 bucks off from that. So somewhere around 16-17. Like I said though it's negotiable.

It's true that demand's going down. 12's good with me. I'll give it 24 hours or so to see if someone has a better offer, but we can start setting something up now
