[Request] Change the way players are sorted in an event

Hello!

    So basically the problem is that players (who joined the event) are sorted after the first decision made. For example there is a release event, and the organizer only has 16 promo cards, and he says: ok, the first 16 people get promo cards. I put a question mark (let's say I was the first one to make a decision on the event), 20 people join the event, and on the last day I change my mind and join. The system places me in the first place. Now if the organizer takes that list, and gives the first 16 players promo, I get one too, winch is unfair. To make the long story short, anyone who joins an event should be placed on the last place after the last member who joined the event, no mater what decision he/she made before.
