Topic: What does distinct mean?

Hello there, Administrator and everyone who is reading this.

I have a question: Ever since I became a part of Deckbox people in here, I have been curious and have no idea what is this "Distinct" means in the deck numbers?

What is the use of it? And for what reason they put it there?

Thank you.

Re: What does distinct mean?

Hello,

Distinct means how many different cards you have. So a deck with 5 swamps will have 5 total cards, but 1 distinct, because you only have one card type - the swamp. If you add a Lightning bolt, you would have 6 cards, 2 distinct: swamp and lightning bolt.

It's true that it does not really help to know how many distinct cards there are generally. We might remove it, to get rid of the confusion.

Thanks.
Now that is useful.

And here I thought how strong the deck is with other cards^^
This is a relief news to me.

Again, thank you^^
