Does anyone know if there is any way to search for decks with only cards in your inventory in it? The only way I could think of would be to fill the "does not contain" area with every card I don't have which would be impossible.

There isn't a way to do that to my knowledge, but really that says to me that you should spend some more time just brewing with what you have rather than trying to find a deck someone else built that you also have the cards to. Dig around for a deck idea you like and that you have many of the cards to, and then figure out what you would swap to make it work with your inventory...
I've been trying to do that but all the decks that look good I only have a couple cards of. Also one of the problems is that a lot of my cards are older than the ones in the deck. I will continue trying unless another solution comes up to this.
63 (100%)The question is which format you're interested in playing. If you're wanting to play standard, then you're likely going to have to just resign yourself to trading to get the newer cards. If you're wanting to use your older stuff, well, then you go with Modern or Legacy, at which point you'll likely have to pony up some cash to fill out your lists with the more expensive older chase cards... it's a bit of a catch-22 for the casual player making the move into more competitive play...
Personally, I would suggest getting into standard, as it's an ever-changing format with rotation and the like. But that's just me. If you go with the more eternal formats you're likely going to run into many of the same decks over and over, with just tiny changes here and there.
