No Feedback

I have a trade that was completed on September 3.  I have asked the other party to leave feedback a couple of times since then but have not gotten a response.  I'm sure it's just an oversight, but it doesn't seem like I'm getting much of a response at all.  Is there some way of removing that trade from my completed trades or something?  I don't want people questioning my trades because of one non-responsive feedback.
