Couple (easy!) minor tweak suggestions for the next version

Hey there, I've got a couple suggestions for the next version.  Hopefully they'd be easy to implement!

1) Allow me to give feedback as soon as I receive the cards.  Waiting until the cards have arrived for both people often means that I forget to leave feedback if I received my cards first.

2) Change the default choice in the "is Foil" filter to be "True" instead of "Indifferent".  True is probably the setting that gets used 90% of the time, followed by false.  I'm not even entirely certain why "Indifferent" even exists, since that's just the equivalent of not having the filter in the first place.  Even if Indifferent is kept around, it probably shouldn't be the default.
