What would you value her at?

My personal way of trading foils/promos/tokens that tcgplayer does not have listed is 80% of Star City pricing, just because they are usually highest priced.
If that works for you she is $8 SCG price so roughly $6.50. If you don't like that price send me a different offer.

No. She isn't that high of a priority to me. Just figured I would get her now while CA Iis still fairly new and a bunch were floating around.
