Dimir Discard deck help

I really enjoy playing with a discard deck because I find it more fun than just attacking with big creatures.
Soon I will be getting Mirko Vosk, Mind Drinker,  Consuming Aberration, Lazav, Dimir Mastermind, Duskmantle Seer, Stolen Identity, Evil Twin, Jace, Memory Adept, Dimir Doppelganger, Circu, Dimir Lobotomist, Psychic Drain, Mindleech Mass, and four Dimir Guildgate
