Topic: Problem with package being held at the border

Hello everyone,

I am wondering if any of you had problem with package, what appears to be, held at the border between Canada and USA?

I have completed a trade on mid december and shipped with a tracking number to the USA. It is said that it is at the JFK airport since December 15th and it doesn't look like its moving. I have no idea if its being "held" or just lost at the JFK airport.....

Is there anyone with a similar situation?

What can I do about it?

I've been in similar situations where the package is actually on the way but the status doesnt get updated. like it would say its at the airport for a whole month with the tracking updating only on the day it arrives. However packages often do get stuck at borders, so if you want you should call canada post and give them the tracking number and see what they could do. All in all you should be in good hands since your package in tracked and Canada Post will refund you if they end up not being able to deliver it.
