[bug] Feedback sploit

It's come to my attention that one can mitigate neutral feedback by simply not providing feedback for a trade.  This bug report is, in part, also a report of the oddity that occurs when someone gives positive feedback but the other party has not yet left feedback.  The party who has not yet left feedback will have a feedback score higher than the number of trades they have completed. 

The latter issue mentioned could even be used to mitigate negative feedback leaving someone with a marred trading history to appear to have a perfect trading history.
