Okay, so this is my first EDH deck. I understand that Jhoira of the Ghitu isn't going to really make me many friends when she begins to combo off, and this is meant to be on the little bit more competitive side (not literally, just my friends and I play a bit more aggressively with one another).

I'm running elements of extra turns, taking control of others creatures , board wipes, big beefy creatures, and some other stuff like mass card draw and library sifting. I have it so I have currently 3 different possible win-cons; Laboratory Maniac, Psychosis Crawler, beating the crap out of them with Eldrazi Horrors (It That Betrays, Pathrazer of Ulamog etc.) and the like.

My question to you guys is, what would you recommend I take out, if anything, or what would you recommend I get for the deck? My budget would allow me to purchase a single card for around $20.00 and not much more than that.
