H: Duel of the Planeswalkers game + DLC Steam codes W: G/R or R/W

I won a contest (https://plus.google.com/u/0/11353867203 … QsvqKNCkrp) on the Google+ MtG community and have codes to activate Duel of the Planeswalkers, the DLC, and some extras.  I don't have time to play w/ cardboard cards and digital ones, so I'm looking to trade the codes away.

High Priority - Standard R/W Burn
Medium Priority - Standard G/R Monsters (or Blitz)
Low Priority - Modern Elves
