Well, Starcitygames has them for a dollar, with 18 still in stock. I know I should stop quoting SCG, but they usually have prices higher than other sources - that's one of their main criticisms I hear; that they inflate prices.
I see what the problem is. One sellers has a non-foil copy listed. Non-foil doesn't actually exist, but because of the way the TCG pricing algorithm works, the price for that single copy is displayed as the average price. The true average price should probably be $1 as you said.
