Collection Managing

Hi guys. I'm relatively new here, but I have a question about managing your collection of cards. I've gone ahead and imported all of my cards, but alot of them aren't from the correct set. I only have cards mostly from M13, Gatecrash, and Return to Ravnica. My question is, is there any way to input a setting where your collection knows you only have those sets because I don't want to go to each card and set it manually, it would take way too long... Anyways, this site is pretty cool, and I hope to get some feedback on my question, so thanks in advance!
