Rare Pokemon Cards for MTG

Hey, I have 8 rare holographic Pokemon cards which I'd like to trade for Magic: The Gathering cards. I'm new to the game and I would like to get my hands on some rare MTG cards preferably from older sets..though I am open to pretty much anything powerful and of value. I am trying to build a powerful MTG deck to get into the game strong.

Below is a list of my Pokemon cards. The cards come in various conditions...I'll rate the card condition out of 10 to give you an idea if you can't already see in the pictures.
