New to selling

Hello, I am new to selling and would like some pointers on how to get started. I currently have an inventory of about 1300 cards and 276 for trade/sell and have about 23000 more to inventory and pick which ones I am selling. How do you sell/trade a card that I have and is listed on a users wishlist?
