Topic: Identifing a card - Lighting bolt

I have a card Lighting bolt but I am not sure from which edition it is. It is either Unlimited or Revised but I am not sure.
I would welcome your help and advise. Thanx.

That's from Revised Edition. It has a plain black line for the border, and the card name has a bit more contrast with the background.
