Mono-White Aggro

I have been playing MtG for about 6 months now. I go to as many FNM as I am able, and continually finish in the bottom half. The winning decks are usually Mono-Red. I enjoy playing white cards, but cant seem to break through to the top half of rankings. I am building this deck, and looking for some suggestions as if it may work, any tweaks it might need. TIA
