- added Goblin // Lost mine of phandelver token to Adventures in the Forgotten Realms
- fixed pricing of media insert Duress
- fixed pricing of various etched foil printings
- copy format_id, partner_id, commander_id when duplicating another deck

I noticed that when you set your commander for a deck, the deck count for that card does not update

Yep, at this point you have to add it to the deck too, in addition to selecting it as commander on top.

Hey, Sebi - just noticed three cards on my list that have no pricing. Image attached.
