Translations, adding cards with foreign names, missing promos & tokens

Fixed and filled many missing card translations for the last few sets. Also I changed the autocompleted dropdowns for adding cards to also show the foreign-language name of cards when that matches, to ease adding foreign cards to collections. This should work in both collection sets & decks.

New imports today:
* imported 2023 Store Champs and Commander party promos
* imported foil double-sided ONE tokens
* imported missing secret lair promos
* imported the single-sided Phyrexian Germ from ONC and the 2 double-sided versions
* imported Brothers' War punch card token

Other things from the last few weeks:
* imported 3 missing double-sided tokens from Heads I win, Tails You Lose
* marked Challenge Deck special cards as not legal in Commander & other eternal formats
* marked Expressive Iteration and White Plume Adventurer as banned in legacy
* separated Cloud Sprite from the token with the same name and fixed the type
* separated Ninja from Token: Ninja
* removed redundant printing of Cryptic Command from the Pro Tour edition
* imported the 2001 Sega Dreamcast Cards https://mtg.fandom.com/wiki/Magic:_The_ … Dreamcast)
