Bug? HTML Codes Replacing Punctuation Marks in "Your Decks"

Also submitted this via Support Case # 5832 on July 2nd.
For a while I've been seeing html codes replacing some punctuation marks (specifically apostrophe and ampersand, but there may be others) in the "Your Decks That Contain" results.
For example, I have a list called "Kaalia's Kites", which appears in the Your Decks That Contain results as "Kaalia's Kites".
And a list called Power & Profit, which appears in the listings as "Power & Profit"
Names appear correct in other locations.
