Looking for User "tlin"

A while back (November 12, 2012) I made a trade with him. I sent my cards, he acknowledged he received them, but he never sent his cards to me. He's been MIA for quite some time. Many other people have filed against him, (not sure if they went into Mail Fraud or not) and either canceled trades to give negative feedback. 

I'm just giving it one last chance-has anyone heard from him?
