Liquidating leftover rares/tradelist

I am looking to trade away what is left of my collection after completing my Legacy deck. It is 214 cards, 130 of which are distinct ranging in values from $4 to $.10

I would like to trade up for a few larger rares with combined total of 75% what's left (The bigger the pieces you part with the more value I'm willing to give up). Whoever is willing to take on the most value will also receive this unused binder as a bonus: http://imgur.com/2sl0xn9 (I will package cards in it to mail)
