FBB Volcanic Island for trade

I own a French Black Bordered Volcanic Island (Ile Volcanique) that I am looking to trade. I do not play any of the older formats and thus it has been nothing more than just a looking piece and figured it may be put to better use for me and someone looking to acquire it.

It is and has been double sleeved since the card was given to me this past summer. More scans can be provided if needed. In it's current condition, looking to get 350-400$ back in value (great condition ones can be acquired between 550-650$). My wishlist may differ from the one I currently have in this particular case so if interested let me know.

Will be looking to ship with tracking and will be expecting the same. Would prefer to trade within Canada but could be interested into shipping into the USA but that is as far as I am willing go shipping wise on this one. I have a solid trading background and will be expecting the same from an interested trader.
